Statenonline.com is using scam marketing tactics

By Harry Hanks

For any of the readers that have just received a call from 1-800-888-8888, with the caller id saying WPAY Radio Station, and it simply hung up, and you have called it back to find it goes to an online marketer named statenonline.com, congratulations, you just fell for the scam!

What this unscrupulous company is evidently doing, is having a free call center make random calls across the country, and using a fake caller ID listed as WPAY Radio Station, and it simply hangs up when the person it is calling answers.

Then the person being scammed, calls it back, to find it is answered by statenonline.com, and immediately goes to their computer, and looks up statenonline.com, and shazaam, they just got scammed!

They didn't get scammed for much, just the amount of time it took to call them back, and then go to their computer site.

You see, you just helped their search engine ranking, by CLICKING ON THEIR WEBSITE! And the thousands of others being called are doing the same thing!

You know, this is an ingenious way of getting free hits to your website, from all over the USA, so long as the scammer has a free long distance plan to call with, or at least has an all inclusive plan like Vonage or other similar companies' plans.

If the scumbags that hatch these schemes could actually put their efforts into something beneficial to someone other than their own sociopathic selves, the could solve the worlds energy crisis!

Until then, I suppose the less intellectually gifted among us will just have to put up with their antics, until the prison guards take over the job for us.
